1.Pantai Kok Langkawi

3.Pantai Cenang
The Cenang Beach (Pantai Cenang) in Langkawi, Malaysia, is one of the best beaches on the Island of Langkawi (Pulau Langkawi).

4.Muzium Laman Padi
In Malay, laman signifies fields, and padi indicates rice. Laman Padi, then, is a complex of her gardens and rice paddies. Additionally, the complex features galleries and museums that illustrate the development of rice harvesting and farming unique to the Langkawi region. Visitors who want to learn about Langkawi’s agricultural sector or who want to experience what it’s like to be surrounded by verdant paddy fields should definitely visit this location. The Rice Garden Museum is a gallery in Laman Padi with a collection of artefacts, photos, charts and tools on the history of rice cultivation in Langkawi. Set in Pantai Cenang, it is divided into the Heritage Gallery, Paddy Gallery, Herb Garden and Garden of Variety.
The island of Langkawi is part of Kedah, a state known as the rice-bowl of Malaysia and the highest producer of rice in the country. In honouring its grand rice-bowl title, Langkawi opened the museum in 1998 as an exhibition centre for local rice-related artefacts, charts, photographs and rice planting tools, aiming as well to be an eco-tourism draw.
5.Air Hangat Village
Located 14 km north of Kuah Town, famous for its three-tiered hot water spring wells. The hot spring water here is rich with mineral content. Ayer Hangat is an outdoor facility offering foot soaks in salt water hot springs pools, massage services and dining. It is one of Langkawi’s oldest attractions. The jewel of the attraction is the three-tiered hot springs. Natural salt water hot springs are extremely rare and are found in just three other countries around the world. The first tier is the furthest from the entrance and has the warmest water, stunning mountain views, and a gazebo roof cover. The water is rich in minerals, and it is said that it can heal a multitude of foot ailments such as skin diseases, aching joints, and gout.
Originally the hot spring was the only attraction at Ayer Hangat, however, now the village features picturesque ponds and fountains, beautifully landscaped gardens, and soothing jacuzzis. Not to mention the mouth-watering restaurant serving delicious Malaysian, Thai, and Indonesian dishes, the stalls selling an array of excellent gifts and souvenirs, and an area for cultural shows, Malaysian dance, kickboxing, and more. The visitors also can book a private jacuzzi in an independent unit that can occupy up to seven persons. Hot salt water from the springs is pumped into the jacuzzi, removing toxins from your body, and eliminating your fatigue.
6.Durian Perangin Waterfall
A 14-tier waterfall located at the northeastern side of Langkawi and north of Kilim Village. The name derived from the abundance of Durian trees, an oval spiny tropical fruit containing a creamy pulp surrounding the area. Durian Perangin waterfall is situated on the northeastern part of Langkawi and doesn’t smell or taste like Durian at all. The name is a result of the tall durian trees that grow in the forests near the waterfall.
Durian Perangin is a multi-tiered waterfall, and each cascade makes a freshwater pool at its base. It is slanted towards the northern part of Gunung Raya, the highest mountain peak in Langkawi. The waterfall is surrounded by intriguing rock formations and dense forest. The water of Durian Perangin is cool and refreshing which makes it a popular spot among locals for picnics or a quiet day away. The best time to visit the Durian Perangin waterfall is the rainy season between September to October. Although the pools may still hold enough water to swim, water supply during the dry season is not more than a trickle. Facilities at the base of the waterfall include a small carpark, toilet, various food stalls and souvenir shops. Well placed gazebos during the trek will invite you to rest and have a picnic with the green and sunlit nature alive with tropical birds and small animals.
7.Telaga Tujuh Waterfall
The seven natural water springs perched atop the mountain are the source of the name. There are two ways to the waterfall, hike all the way up or take a short walk up the service road that leads from the car park and take the left turn to reach the bottom of the falls. Situated about 40 minutes away from Kuah Town, Telaga Tujuh Waterfall is billed as Langkawi island’s most wonderful natural attraction. Set on Langkawi’s western headlands, its name means Seven Wells Waterfall, referring to a series of seven connected natural pools fed by seven separate waterfalls in Mt. Mat Cincang. Locals say that the Telaga Tujuh Waterfall is home to fairies, but really it is probably the gorgeous flora in the area that makes the place seem magical. It’s a wonderful location for travellers to take pictures as well as to unwind in the cool air and natural surroundings.
8.Langkawi Wildlife Park
Situated in the Kilim area, just ten minutes’ drive from Kuah Town, the 5.5-acre Langkawi Wildlife Park captures the atmosphere of a tropical rainforest. More than 150 distinct animal and bird species, hailing from various regions across the globe such as South East Asia, Africa, and Australia, are known to exist. It is the first wildlife park of its kind in Asia, completely covered. Here, visitors can also have up-close encounters with the local wildlife and birds.
